We teach self-defense, confidence, discipline and respect, through training the body and mind in the art and techniques of Tae Kwon Do. Your child will learn basic patterns, forms, kicking, board breaking, striking and punching that will help to develop them into strong individuals, both physically and mentally. We make sure to challenge our students every day to do their personal best. We also implement belt rankings in our program, which helps to develop a child’s sense of accomplishment, realizing that results and success comes from hard work. Our expert staff are here to guide your child every step of the way.
We do all of this in a fun, positive and motivating environment.
Tae Kwon Do has been proven to improve co-ordination, agility, flexibility and mental discipline. It will also enhance the moral development by providing your child with the LIFE SKILLS necessary to resist peer pressure.

Great environment for boys and girls of all ages. First met Master Pablo 17 years ago when one of my kids took his classes. It is still an honor see him work with the kids.

Trained at V3 for about five years of my childhood. It's a huge part of my life. I could never forget everything Master Pablo and instructor Hoon(now master) have taught me. Bobby is awesome as well. Hopefully returning back in the near future.

I miss Pablo more than most would understand. He runs a great facility, the summer trips to raging waters and other places were fantastic. Ill never forget what I have learned.
